I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR STORE POLICIES?

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS? 

I am not currently taking any special requests or custom orders. I understand that this can be frustrating for the customer who has had an eye on a certain piece, but this allows for an artistic approach to each bag and a truly one-of-a-kind or small batch piece for the customer. 

WHAT ABOUT CONSIGNMENT, WHOLESALE, or TRADING? 

I no longer trade or offer pieces for consignment, but I am open to wholesale inquiries although my schedule prevents me from accepting them very often. 

HOW CAN I CLEAN AND CARE FOR MY BEES'NETTA BAG? 

All cleaning and care will be done at your own risk. Waxed canvas and leather bags can NOT be washed or dry cleaned. Hot water and steam will melt the wax on your canvas bag. And when cleaning leather it's best to consult a cleaner who specializes in leathers.
