WHAT SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE PURCHASING?

All bags and accessories are made meticulously by hand in my at-home studio.  I'm obsessive about the quality of my bags and spend a lot of time on the design of each pattern.  But I am a mere human on the other side of this screen...so if you are at all unhappy or feel I misrepresented my product in anyway, please do not hesitate to contact me. My handmade business simply relies on your satisfaction, positive feedback, and the hope for your word-of-mouth marketing.

All computer monitors are different, but I try to illustrate the bag color as best I can. If you are unsure of the color and mind slight shade variations then please convo me with your address and I'll be happy to send you a swatch when available.

 

SHIPPING?

Each items description will specify when your bag will ship. Most bags are ready-to-ship and will ship in 1 -3 days upon purchase, but some bags are MADE-TO-ORDER and require anywhere up to 2 WEEKS before shipping.  All small items (zipper pouches, clutches, wristlets) are priced to ship First Class. All larger items (messenger bags, haversacks, hobos) are priced to ship Priority Mail.

 I am not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address, please make sure your accounts are up to date.

US ORDERS: US orders are shipped through the USPS and dependent on weight your item will either ship via First Class (taking anywhere from 5 - 7 days to arrive) or via Priority with delivery confirmation and tracking number. Faster shipping is available, but please contact me for prices.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: all International orders are shipped through USPS either First Class (taking anywhere from 14 - 20 days to arrive) or via International Priority (taking up to 7-14 days to arrive) with tracking. Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

 
I LIVE IN CHICAGO, CAN I PICK MY BAG UP?
Unfortunately, at this time I am not offering pick-up or drop-off services for local residents since I am working from my private home.


CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY BAG?
Returns are accepted within 3 days of the shipments arrival (everything is shipped with delivery confirmation, I will have the exact delivery date).   If returning an item the shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be back to me within 4 days of return request and must arrive in the same condition in which they were received or there will be no refund given.  I advise that return shipments be sent with a tracking number as I am not responsible for items lost in the mail.  I will refund the cost of the item minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

If interested in an exchange, please notify me first before shipping.  Exchanged items will not be exchanged until the returned item has arrived and any difference in payment has been received.  


HOW CAN I CLEAN AND CARE FOR MY BEES'NETTA BAG? 
All cleaning and care will be done at your own risk, but if there are any allowable cleaning techniques then they will be listed in the description of each item.   When cleaning leather it's best to consult a cleaner who specializes in leathers.
